A little about me..
My name is Jane, and if you haven’t already met me through my Instagram account @roseandfoxgloves, here’s a little bit about my life.
Age: I’m 60 years old, how has that happened!
Lives: In a 1930,s cottage in the Peak District.
Things I love: My family, my animals, my artwork, my love of homemaking on a budget, and enjoying quiet time in my cottage garden.
Dislikes: People that ask a question and don’t listen to the answer, cruelty, especially to animals, craneflies, pesticides, feeling useless, growing old, MENOPAUSE!, cooking, although strangely I love baking cakes!
Things I hold dear: Kindness, friendship, loyalty, and family. Feeling Blessed, and blessed every day for what I have.
I love being around like-minded people who enjoy a bit of mischief, just like me.
There are many things on my bucket list as I’ve not travelled and want so much to explore the world.
Create more artwork, spend time with my growing family, and have more time to walk my little Dog Barney. He is such a little rascal, he loves nothing better than creating a cosy nest by scraping the blanket and cushions down on the sofa!
Can’t beat a bit of slow living.
